Privacy Policy

Effective June 4, 2026

This policy is published for transparency. It is not legal advice. Please have it reviewed by your own counsel before relying on it.

1. Who we are

Irini Charalampopoulou Coaching LLC (“we”, “us”, "Own Who You Are") is the controller of personal information collected through ownwhoyouarecoaching.com. You can reach us at:

Irini Charalampopoulou Coaching LLC
16509 Barton Street
Overland Park, KS 66221
United States
Email: privacy@ownwhoyouarecoaching.com

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, submit a contact or enquiry form, or email us, we collect what you choose to share. That typically includes your name, work email, role, firm, and anything you write in the message. Bookings are handled through Calendly. Enquiry and contact forms post to GoHighLevel, our CRM.

Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we collect basic technical information when you visit: pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. See our Cookie Notice.

We do not knowingly collect special category data (such as health or biometric data). Please do not send it to us through web forms.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and schedule a call.
  • To deliver coaching and advisory services you engage us for.
  • To send relevant follow-ups about the work you asked us about.
  • To improve the site and understand which content is useful.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
  • To protect the security and integrity of the site.

4. Legal bases (UK and EU visitors)

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, we rely on:

  • Consent, for non-essential cookies and optional communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Contract, where we need to process your information to enter into or perform a coaching agreement.
  • Legitimate interests, to respond to enquiries, keep the site secure, and develop our services, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation, where we are required to keep records.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share information only with service providers acting on our instructions, including:

  • Calendly (booking and scheduling).
  • GoHighLevel (CRM, contact forms, email).
  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4 or equivalent), if you consent.
  • Hosting, email, and productivity providers we use to run the business.
  • Professional advisors (accountants, lawyers) and authorities, where required by law.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you are in the UK, the EEA, or another region with data transfer restrictions, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as the relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and professional obligations (typically up to seven years for engagement records). Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Aggregated, anonymous analytics may be kept longer.

8. Your rights

UK and EU (UK GDPR / GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. You can withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your local supervisory authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

California (CCPA / CPRA). You have the right to know what we collect, to delete or correct it, to opt out of any sale or sharing, and to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorised agent.

Other US states (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana). You have equivalent rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out, and we honour them.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ownwhoyouarecoaching.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act.

9. Children

This site and our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No site or service is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Cookies

See our Cookie Notice for what is set, why, and how to change your choice. You can re-open your preferences at any time from the link in the footer.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.

13. Contact us
