The 30-Day Sprint

A focused month together, to work through one specific request. Can be an upcoming bonus conversation and how to handle it. Or you have an important meeting/presentation coming up and want to be 100% prepared for it.

Outcome

A clear gameplan for your overall goal, and one acute pressure point worked end-to-end.

Format

Four 60-minute weekly sessions over 30 days. Sessions 1 to 3 fix one acute issue end-to-end. Session 4 is the root cause diagnostic and personalised career gameplan. Daily WhatsApp access. Written 30-Day Sprint Analysis & Career Gameplan Document at the close.

Tier 3

Own Who You Are

6-month Private Advisory to work on a bigger goal: promotion to the next level, performing in the new role after promotion, or transitioning out of finance/current job.

Outcome

A structured, personalised private advisory journey to your overarching goal.

Format

Month 1: four 60-minute weekly sessions to build the gameplan and resolve the most pressing pressure. Months 2 to 6: ten 90-minute sessions on a bi-weekly cadence. WhatsApp access between sessions.
