1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ownwhoyouarecoaching.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Irini Charalampopoulou Coaching LLC, a Kansas limited liability company with its registered address at 16509 Barton Street, Overland Park, KS 66221, USA.

3. Nature of the Site

The Site is informational and marketing material about a private advisory and executive coaching practice. Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, tax, medical, or investment advice, and nothing on the Site creates a client relationship.

4. Coaching engagements

Coaching and advisory work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties before any work starts. The Site itself is not a contract for services, and submitting an enquiry does not commit either of us to an engagement.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, copy, frameworks, methodologies, photos, and the "Own Who You Are" mark are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or build derivative works from any part of the Site without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. That includes not attempting to interfere with its operation, not scraping or extracting content in bulk, not impersonating others, and not using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Third-party tools and links

The Site uses third-party tools (for example, Calendly for scheduling and GoHighLevel for forms) and may link to third-party sites. We do not control those tools or sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Confidentiality of enquiries

We treat what you share with us in good faith and in confidence. Full confidentiality terms for an actual engagement are set out in the engagement agreement.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including, for consumers in the UK and EU, mandatory statutory rights).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. This does not affect mandatory consumer protections you may have in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
